How to Download Instagram Videos, Reels and Photos
Instagram does not have a built-in download button for most content types, which makes saving videos, Reels, and photos tricky for most users. Downloading Instagram Reels

Downloading Instagram Stories Before They Disappear
Instagram Stories expire after 24 hours - unless the creator saves them to their Highlights. This ephemeral nature makes stories the hardest Instagram content type to save. SMI Downloader's Stories mode lets you save active stories from any public Instagram account before they disappear.
To save Instagram stories, select the "Stories" tab, then enter the Instagram username of the account whose stories you want to download (e.g. enter just "natgeo" for National Geographic). Open Safari on your iPhone - for the most reliable experience, use Safari rather than the Instagram in-app browser or Chrome.
