No. SMI Downloader only works with publicly accessible content. Private accounts require the account owner to share their own content.

Why is the profile picture small?
Some accounts have restricted their HD profile picture. When the HD version is unavailable, the tool falls back to the standard-resolution version Instagram serves publicly.
